The Story
Ruth Anna Phillips is a theatre maker, choreographer, and researcher with a passion for promoting inclusivity in the arts. With years of experience across theatre as a plus-sized body, Ruth saw a glaring need for the movement of size inclusivity in these industries.

As a pioneer in this space, she founded this platform to help create a safe and empowering environment where people of all body sizes are represented and valued. Driven by her commitment to dismantling size bias, Ruth offers practical tools and strategies to help organisations and individuals champion inclusivity.

Ruth's work is built on her work as movement director, choreographer and teacher across theatre and film. She continues to work in these spaces and push for greater inclusion and representation.

The Reason
The Mission
Size inclusivity is not just about representation; it’s about equal opportunities, respect, and breaking down harmful stereotypes. In the arts, where physical appearance often takes centre stage, the lack of size diversity has historically marginalised people in larger bodies. This exclusion not only impacts performers but also shapes societal perceptions of beauty and worth.
